Markforged Smooth TPU 95A is a rubber-like material.
Printing Smooth TPU on Markforged 3D printers provides an efficient way to make high quality flexible parts in low volumes. It is abrasion resistant and can withstand impacts and is resistant to many chemicals.
We recommend Smooth TPU 95A for functional parts that require flexibility or impact-absorption, including
- Protective coverings, drive belts, pulleys, gaskets, pipe fittings, caps, panels and grips
- Prototyping and design iterations
Available in 2 colours: black and white.
Each Markforged TPU 95A filament spool contains approx. 800cm3 of material. Smooth TPU is not compatible with continuous fibre.
Don't forget you need to use a Markforged Composite Purge Kit to print successfully with Smooth TPU (purchased separately).
Compatible with Mark Two (Gen 2) and Onyx Pro (Gen 2) desktop series 3D printers.
Compatible with Markforged X3, X5 and X7 (Gen 2) industrial 3D printers.
