TECHNOLOGY & APPLICATIONS

The Nexa3D NXE400 uses LSPc (Lubricant Sublayer Photo-curing) technology to deliver speed, accuracy and durable parts. The NXE400 delivers true rapid prototyping and production-scale manufacturing in a matter of seconds and minutes, not hours and days, continuously printing up to 16 litres at speeds up to 1 Z centimetre per minute.

nxe400 CURRENT MATERIALS 

Producing injection moulding quality parts, the NXE400 has a range of resins developed by Nexa3D to deliver speed, durability and accuracy with the LSPc process.

Prototyping range

Prototyping resins for high detail, great surface finish, ultrafast design iterations, rapid prototyping and form & fit testing. Resins include GPP Blue | GPP Grey

Engineering range

Developed with Henkel Open Materials Platform, functional ABS, Polypropylene, High Temp, PEEK-like resins for functional applications, mechanical assemblies, mouldings and tools. Engineering resins include xCE White | xPEEK 147 | XPP 405 Clear

Specialist range

Application specific including, medical-grade, biocompatible, dental and casting resins for medical devices, wearables, orthotics and investment casting. Specialist resins include xCAST | xMED412
