The Formlabs Form 3BL 3D printer is the biocompatible edition of the Form 3L. With a large print build capacity of 335mm x 200mm x 320mm, the Form 3BL uses the Low Force Stereolithography (LFS) printing process to produce parts for use in healthcare, medical and orthotic applications, using biocompatible materials.

LFS is an advanced form of stereolithography (SLA) 3D printing technology that uses linear illumination and a flexible tank. The system uses two custom-designed Light Processing Units (LPUs), and two lasers simultaneously build large parts.

The Form 3BL has excellent connectivity via Ethernet, Wi-Fi and USB and is compatible with Windows, Mac and Linux operating systems. The print software, PreForm allows for management of the Form 3BL within teams to monitor and manage print flow.

Included within the price of the printer is 1 year Medical Professional Service Plan. Other upgrade plans are available (see dropdown).

12 month manufacturer warranty included.
