Formlabs Form Wash L

Automated large-capacity cleaning facility for use with Form 3L and Form 3BL 3D printers.

Formlabs Form Wash L provides an automated washing process for your post-print SLA parts. Parts can be kept on the build platform, transferring straight from the printer to Form Wash L. Once washing completes, the Form Wash L automatically opens to lift parts out of wash solution.

Form Wash L can be used for large parts, with maximum part size of 33.5 x 20 x 30 cm, and has a bucket capacity of 42 litres. The embedded solvent monitor helps maintain peak cleaning performance by displaying a notification when it’s time to replace the wash solvent.

Features of Form Wash L

• CONSISTENTLY CLEAN:  The Form Wash L impeller agitates Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA), TPM (or other wash solution) to flow around every nook and cranny of the part, getting them perfectly clean, every time
• FIT LARGE PARTS OR BATCHES: Transfer parts straight from the printer to Form Wash L whilst on the build platform or remove and place in the basket. The Form Wash L can fit parts on one Form 3L platform or two Form 2 or Form 3 build platforms
• AUTOMATED WASH CYCLE OPTIONS: Form Wash L wash cycles include Quick, Default, Long and Custom. When washing completes, Form Wash L automatically raises parts out of wash solution, with auto-tilt at the end of wash cycle to preserve solvent
