Equally we want the space to be accessible to the public so they can start to learn about this emerging technology, which will have an increasing impact on our lives over the next few years.”

Whilst 3D printing has been around since the 1980s, the application to the desktop level has really developed over the past 1-2 years, with a wider variety of 3D printers becoming available at a more affordable price. CREAT3D’s range of desktop 3D printers has been specifically selected to offer customers a variety of functionalities and specifications on build size, colour capability, support material options, print speed and resolution, depending on their individual needs. Further 3D printers will be added over the coming months, including the Zinter PRO, a British made dual-head desktop printer by Ion Core Ltd, who recently represented the UK Trade & Investment (UKTI) at CeBIT as an example of UK innovation and technology.
