Formlabs Service Plans

Terms of Service

Thank you for purchasing a Formlabs Service Plan; the Formlabs Fuse Support Plan, the Formlabs Pro Service Plan ("PSP"), or the Formlabs Medical Professional Service Plan (“MSP”) for your Formlabs Form 2, Form 3, Form 3+, Form 3L, Form 3B, Form 3B+, Form 3BL, Form 4, Form 4L, Form 4B, Form 4BL, Fuse 1, Fuse 1+ 30W or Fuse Sift.

      Markforged Support Plans

      Terms of Service

      The below terms for the Markforged Service Plans apply to the following 3D printers only: Markforged Onyx One, Onyx Pro, Mark Two, X3, X5, X7, Metal X, Wash 1, Sinter 1, Sinter 2.

      Every Markforged 3D printer is engineered for reliability and designed to help you manufacture high quality parts on demand. Markforged service plans are the most comprehensive way to create peace of mind, minimise unplanned downtime and maximise your investment.

      The Markforged Service Plan covers a number of wear and tear components that need routine replacement over the life the machine. The premium coverage offered through a plan reduces these costs, ultimately ensuring a reliable system that works when you need it.

      Plans are subject to Markforged’s standard Terms, as posted to www.markforged.com. For further details, please contact CREAT3D via info@creat3d.co.uk 

      All terms and conditions are specific to your contract.

      First line support is provided by CREAT3D, Markforged value-added reseller (VAR) partner. Specific support services may vary by nature of the problem and printer model. Support hours may vary with holidays and weather.

      For parts within warranty, consumable materials and components are not included in Service Plans.
