Considering SLS but want to understand the real workflow, machine footprint and applications first?

We bring a complete SLS ecosystem directly to your facility so you and your team can get hands on with the full process in a real-world environment.

Register your interest for an on-site SLS experience via the form now.

What Is the SLS On-Site Experience?

CREAT3D supports manufacturers across the UK in adopting Additive Manufacturing for tooling, production and end-use parts.

We bring the Formlabs Fuse 1+ 30W SLS ecosystem with full post-processing equipment to your site.

The experience is an on-site session where we bring a complete SLS 3D printing workflow to your facility, so your team can see, handle, and evaluate how SLS works in a real environment.

A practical evaluation session with no obligation, designed to help you make an informed decision about SLS. It is not a generic demo but is a realistic understanding as to how SLS works and how it can work for your applications and processes.

As part of the On-Site SLS Experience, you will be able to fully
✅ Visualise real space requirements
✅ Understand powder handling and reuse
✅ See end-to-end workflow in action

Why Register for an On-Site Experience

SLS is a powerful technology, but it is a process, not just a printer. Many teams only see it online or in showrooms.

The CREAT3D Team will bring to your site the full system including the Formlabs Fuse 1+ 30W SLS printer, Fuse Sift and Fuse Blast stations, along with builds of your parts ready to post-process.

This system is an affordable, high quality SLS system chosen by many manufacturers because it offers a

  • Compact, production-ready SLS workflow
  • Excellent powder management
  • Consistent and reliable Nylon 12 part quality
  • A practical and cost-effective route to in-house SLS
