Formlabs Announces Wash L and Cure L for Large Format Post Processing

Formlabs have announced the long-awaited Form Wash L and Form Cure L.

These large-format post processing units complete the full 3D printing ecosystem of the Form 3L and Form 3BL, enabling users to 3D print and post-process large, detailed parts and models.

The Form Wash L and Form Cure L can be used to wash and cure large 3D printed parts with a size of up to 33.5 cm x 20 cm x 30 cm. Both of these units can support one large Form 3L build platform, or two Form 3 or Form 2 platforms at once.

The Form Wash L includes automated wash cycle options, including Quick, Default, Long and Custom. When washing completes, Form Wash L automatically raises parts out of the wash solution, with auto-tilt at the end of wash cycle to preserve solvent.

The Form Cure L includes 2x 500W heaters for rapid chamber heat-up to 80°C in less than 10 minutes, a rotating turntable, forced-air heating, and multi-directional LEDs to uniformly post-cure parts.
