Fuse Blast Polishing Media consists of specially formulated plastic beads for use on the Fuse Blast to deliver smooth, semi-gloss, and dye-ready SLS parts.
The Polishing Media smooths parts by compacting the surface, unlike abrasive polishing or chemical surface melting. It is designed for longevity, lasting for over a hundred Blast cycles, while resisting the breakdown that occurs with glass media.
The Polishing Media is larger and propelled at higher pressures than standard glass media.
For use with the Fuse Blast Polishing System.
Each container has 4 litres (2.5kg).
