Automated cleaning facility for use with Formlabs Form 4 and 4B 3D printers.
Formlabs Form Wash (2nd Generation) automatically cleans printed parts thoroughly and efficiently with IPA or alternative solvents such as TPM.
Parts can be kept on the build platform, travelling straight from the printer to Form Wash, or removed and placed in the wash basket. Once washing completes, Form Wash automatically lifts parts out of the solvent to air dry.
Features of Form Wash (2nd Gen)
- Thorough agitation: The Form Wash impeller consistently agitates the cleaning solvent to flow around every nook and cranny of the parts
- Adjustable platform brackets: Parts travel straight from the Form 4 printer to Form Wash; remaining on the build platform or can be removed and placed in the basket. The brackets can also be adjusted to accommodate Form 3 or 2 build platforms
- Automated wash cycle: When washing completes, Form Wash automatically raises parts out of the solvent
- Large capacity: Form Wash (2nd Gen) can hold up to 14.4 litres of IPA, or TPM
The Form Wash comes with: Wash Bucket, Wash Basket, Hydrometer and 2 Platform Mounts.
