The Nexa3D post-processing units are designed to optimise the washing and curing process of the parts printed on the Nexa3D NXE 3D printers.
The xCure is a large post-process curing station for your SLA 3D printed parts, accommodating up to three build plates at once (approx. 16 litres in volume). The xCure combines heat and dual wavelength light consistently to post-cure printed parts using a combination of material specific prescribed sequences in a controlled chamber.
Parts can be placed directly on the build plate or in a basket and cured individually. The cure station can operate in three curing modes: UV only, heat only or UV with heat.
xCure is equipped with high power LEDs that operate at dual wavelengths as well as in sequential UV and thermal curing modes. xCure comes pre-loaded with validated workflow cure pre-sets for all approved Nexa3D photo-plastic materials, and is easily upgradeable for additional materials.
